22 July 2021 Staff Meeting Notes

Attending:  Irene, Steven, Joy, Rodney, Mitch, Becky

Steven:  Thanked staff for putting totals in boxes for questions asked and answered.

               Spoke of problems with public sit-down computers that are effecting Ancestry,

               newspaper databases, African American Heritage and maybe more.  IT is aware of the                             problems.

Becky:  ILLs are starting to come in.  If you need a refresher course on how to check out and back in, 

              there is a power point presentation located on the V Drive under Clayton Files=

              ILL Department = ILL PowerPoint

Joy:       Getting ready for virtual conference that is going on later this year.

Rodney:  Working on bindery books.

Mitch:  Putting together Orientation Video for people visiting Clayton
