Agenda
A. Genealogy After Dark will be Virtual on Friday October 15th and
available to be viewed on that date after registering
B. Susie Benton sends required Cybersecurity training Oct 1st to Oct
31st
C. Family Search has completed its digitization of 2.4 million rolls of Microfilm,
and some will be viewable at FHS and affiliates
D. Fogle west project digitization project is almost complete and haven’t
been uploaded to family search yet
E. Cool sources next Thursday and must be uploaded correctly in the Teams
Folder. The cool sources will be used as guides for customers visiting the Library
F. Water issues are still being worked on. If there is no water in the
building, let Angela or Sue know.
G. Staff updates
Mitch- working on genealogy presentation
videos and uploading them to Youtube
Joy- Genealogy Program tomorrow at
2pm reminder.
Becky- catalog conversion
Steven- working on improving navigation
and look of special collection webpage
Irene- teaching Becky about
cataloging and reducing backlog of books. Helping special collections catalog
their items. Part Time candidate decided not to take the job.
