Sue, Joy, & Irene are the meeting room mediators, we approve the online applications and dialogue with the customer that has applied for a meeting room.
You can see on the HPL website if the room is available, so you can show or tell a customer that the room is available

Juneteenth outreach (JO/SK)
Mancuso will be doing a Juneteenth outreach- the are wonderring if we would like to do a table and/or a presentation Sat, June 17th

1950 Census information (SK)
Sue has been finding a lot of things on the census questions about what they recorded and didn’t.
Mike and Debbie Bevins are leaving on the 23rd of April - (SK)
DS is looking into other ways to keep the digitization going
Hours and customer service (SK)
Copy room will close at 15 minutes to five
Engage our customers, letting them know when the library will close and when the upstairs and the copy room will close
If you have to stay after five you can get your time back the next day
HPL and Clayton is no longer using Zoom for presentations
If a customer calls and needs the link just forward the email that Joy will send out the day before
Becky is at the last name Ross on conversion
Sue did a talk at the Holocaust Museum including information about Ruth Bader Ginsburg, we will do other partnering with the museum
Some of the computers will be moved to neighborhood libraries (SK)
We need to engage customers and let all of them know we are available and helps by letting those not doing genealogy know that we are aware of what everyone is doing.
