- Stella Link has reopened
- Prop B update - no more layoffs expected
- talking points for questions from the public about hours changes (see email from Sue)
- discussion about how to utilize programs/outreaches more effectively to get more people in the door while avoiding efforts that produce too little return on investment of time
- discussion about accounting for time taken by our different programming/services/administrative duties and looking at what could trimmed (or expanded) based on expected staffing levels and unit goals
