-(SB) 5 Minute Resource Sharing: Houston Chronicle Obituaries Online (handout provided)
-(MH) Overview of CE Managers Meeting: Meeting included group presentations on customer service and dealing with challenging customers
-(SK) Vacation Requests: Utilize the G/P/O Time Off calendar on the blog as a 'wish list' for future vacation requests as well as for recording current vacation requests; Sue will be working on a color coding scheme for the calendar; remember when making vacation requests that we are striving for a minimum operating staff of 5 scheduled staff each work day
-(SK) TxSGS Conference: 300+ people attended this year; 2017 conference will be in Houston; call for proposals will occur in Spring 2017; we will also be celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Clayton House and the 30th anniversary of CLF in 2017
-(SK) Next Field Trip: Sue is looking into scheduling a staff visit to the Harris County District Clerk's Office either on Mon. Nov. 28 or Mon. Dec. 12
-(MH) LDS Film Change: Melissa is sending customers email notifications that their films have arrived because LDS's automated system is no longer generation the "items have arrived" emails for some reason; Sue will follow-up with LDS Admin people to find out why this is happening
-(SK) Staff Team Building: Help decorate a megaphone with a fun theme for the Staff Holiday Party in December; Joy's decoration idea won the popular vote; due by Nov. 14
